This version of this site shows Kingsley Green as it has been “managed” by a small secretive nepotistic group inclined to represent only their cronies.

BUT THERE IS HOPE - (possibly)

Some of the nepotistic “elite” have resigned or moved.

The most dominant rulers of the “cronies club” have recently moved.

 Some of the new directors might be more competent and more responsible than some of their predecessors (they might even condescend to consult residents occasionally)

KINGSLEY GREEN WILL RISE OR FALL ON THE QUALITY OF IT’S MANAGEMENT.

KINGSLEY GREEN COULD BE A GREAT PLACE TO LIVE

If some of the new directors act as representatives rather than as secretive dictators and if residents are consulted and encouraged to participate. See:  Participation

WHEN “MANAGEMENT” IMPROVES

As sooner or later it must.

Nothing would give the editor greater pleasure than to update this site to show Kingsley Green as the great place to live that it should be and as it could be with competent, transparent and accountable management by it’s directors and by the expensive “managing” agents we employ unnecessarily.
