UNANSWERED QUESTIONS

Questions have been put to our “managing” agents to which they have failed to reply.

Questions have been put to some directors and to some former directors to which they have not only failed but REFUSED to reply.

At the next site update unanswered questions will be published here so that residents can judge whether answers should be provided.

The names of those who failed or refused to reply will also be published.

SOME OTHER IMPORTANT QUESTIONS

When we elect directors do we elect them as representatives or as dictatorial rulers?

Who should make the decisions about what residents are allowed to know?

Why do our “managing” agents refuse to provide copies of Directors meeting notes/minutes?

Should owners be allowed to see the KGMC accounts?

The detail - not just the annual totals - it is THEIR money that is being spent!

Why are residents so rarely - or never - consulted about matters which affect them and all residents?

WE PAY A CONSIDERABLE ANNUAL SUM TO “MANAGING” AGENTS
Theoretically we pay them to perform minor administrative tasks - and to act as advisors to our directors?

They have no power or authority whatsoever other than whatever powers our directors have contracted to them.

What powers have our directors contracted to them ?

Are we allowed to see our contract?

Are they empowered to act as dictatorial landlords?

Are we obliged to take orders from them?

Are they our masters or our paid servants?

Why do we employ them (at considerable cost)?
